These pictures are of last years feeder steer. We kept him on grass and supplemented him with a feed ration we have perfected over the years. Cracked corn with a corn/soy feed mixed in. Our goal was to add marbling without going overboard with corn fed steer. We are pleased with how it turned out. Insanely tender and amazing flavor.
